Wow!! It's been a long long time since I updated my blog. Hope all of you are doing fine. I'm doing great alhamdulillah. The exams are over and I'm glad the holidays are here again. So, how have you faired for your exams? I did pretty well alhamdulillah. The tarbiyah subjects are not reflected in the report book though but still Quranic Studies & Arabic are shown. And my results? Pretty impressive with 3A* and 2A. I'm proud of it and so are my parents.

Anyway, I have actually moved to Facebook. Mama's there and so are my brothers. I just love it there, with lotsa games to play. Do add me as your friend there if you have one. And my id is Dini Amani. Add me and see you there soon. Bye for now =)

Today's my 7th Birthday!! Happy Birthday to me!! =) I was very happy this morning because Mama & Ayah came to school bringing my goodie bags for my classmates. I was even happier when Mama & Ayah surprised me with a special birthday present. I think I've got quite a lot of presents today from my parents & brothers & not forgetting from my cousins, Kak Inah & Kak Syirah.Also from Mama's friend, Aunty Liza who had 'baked' a special cake for me. It's no ordinary cake you know..it's really special!! Thank you all for making today a really happy day for me!

Dada & Didi's presence brought much delight to me & my family. It is said that a hamster's life span is as short as 2 years. But I just can't accept the fact that Didi's life is much much shorter than that!! Yes friends, I only managed to be with my lovely furry friend for just a period of 2 days. How sad!!

We were clueless of Didi's sudden death. It's been said that small animals like hamsters are prone to stress & shock. It could have been stressful for a 5 wks' old hamster like Didi to adapt to a new environment. Dada on the other hand is still coping with the loss. I just knew that Dada misses Didi as much as we all do.

Last Sunday morning, as soon as we found out about Didi's death, all 5 of us went down to bury Didi near the staircase of our flat among the moneyplants there. I made a paper flower and sticked it to a straw and planted it in the sand where Didi's body is. Alhamdulillah, the place we buried Didi is sheltered, therefore the rain could not get in its way.

Life still goes on for Dada. Ayah & Mama are trying their best to make Dada happy. They even decided that Dada deserves to have a playground all to itself. I hope Dada is happy with her new spacious playground instead of just being cooped up in her cage =)

Hey everyone!! I've got new pets. Not one but two! Yes, Ayah bought two cute hamsters as an advance birthday gift for me. Just hope that I'll be getting more presents on my birthday itself this coming Monday :D

Wow it's been quite awhile since I last updated my blog!!

Term I holidays ends today. So what did I do during the school holidays?

My parents brought us to Sentosa last Wednesday. My Yai & Nyai tagged along. I enjoyed myself very much playing in the sand and the sea.

During the school holidays, I had more time to spend with Hebe. Oh Hebe is my neighbour's rabbit but I treat it just like my own. My parents, my brothers & I will never fail to feed Hebe every day. I think I'm beginning to love Hebe very much! And Hebe loves me too!! :)

We went to the Singapore Science Centre after the little birthday celebration we had at home. It's been quite a long time since we visited the Science Centre.

Today is my 2nd brother's birthday. We had a simple celebration at home in the morning. Ayah bought a Swensen's ice-cream cake for him and it's yummy!! Then at about 10am, we made our way to th Singapore Science Centre.

Ayah had to work yesterday even though it was a holiday. Today's his day off. Since most of the shopping malls are still closed today, Ayah suggested that we go to Mustafa Center. I hate that place, really because it was so crowded and at one point I felt giddy. I thought I could not find anything that I like there. But I was wrong. In fact, among the "according-to-Mama-not-so-nice" outfits I finally found what I've always wanted. I've always wanted to wear a retro top just like Kak Syirah's but Mama does not know where to get the right size for me. And there right at Mustafa Center, I found it!! Hooray! I really love it! And what else?? Ayah bought me a pair of Neckermann sandals as my Birki's cat sandals are getting a lil worn out. yey!! I am one happy girl today =)
